Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for the Journal of Genius Health and Pharmaceutical Research (JGHPR)

1. Submission of Manuscripts

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system. All submissions must be original work not previously published and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be prepared in English and formatted according to the following guidelines:

  • Title Page:

    • Title of the manuscript
    • Full names of all authors
    • Affiliations of all authors
    • Corresponding author's name, email address, and telephone number
    • A short running title (maximum of 50 characters)
  • Abstract:

    • An abstract of 250-300 words, summarizing the key points of the manuscript
    • Keywords (3-6) for indexing purposes
  • Main Text:

    • Introduction: Background, objectives, and significance of the study
    • Methods: Detailed description of the study design, materials, and procedures
    • Results: Presentation of the findings with appropriate use of tables and figures
    • Discussion: Interpretation of the results, implications, and limitations
    • Conclusion: Summary of the main findings and their relevance
  • References:

    • References should follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style
    • Include DOI numbers where available

3. Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables should be embedded within the main text where they are first mentioned.
  • Each figure and table must have a descriptive title and legend.
  • High-resolution images are required for figures.

4. Ethical Considerations

  • Manuscripts must comply with ethical standards in research. Authors should provide information on ethical approval and informed consent where applicable.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

5. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process:

  • Initial assessment by the editorial team
  • Review by at least two independent experts in the relevant field
  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' feedback

6. Publication Charges

JGHPR operates under an open-access model. Authors are required to pay a publication fee upon acceptance of their manuscript. Fee waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries.

7. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work but grant JGHPR the right of first publication. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License, allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

8. Plagiarism Policy

JGHPR uses plagiarism detection software to screen all submissions. Manuscripts found to have significant levels of plagiarism will be rejected.

9. Submission Checklist

Before submitting, ensure that:

  • The manuscript adheres to the formatting guidelines
  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript
  • Ethical approval and consent statements are included where necessary
  • The manuscript is free from plagiarism
